Tokyo Disney opened in 1983. Japan Airlines (JAL) did a promotion at the open where some of their planes were painted with Disney characters. Seiko made Disney watched in the 1980s. I'm surmising this is from that time.
The watch, apart from looking great, has a push-button feature that plays the Mickey Mouse Club March Song while the hands dance. You know the one "M-I-C, K-E-Y, M-O-U-S-E" watch the video !
