This is a double plated or also known as a pin on pin. This particular one is featuring Mulan under a parasol on her way to meet the matchmaker. On the back, it shows that it is LE 1/65 by magic castles.
This pin may have some faults.. I am not sure if it is just my eyes / camera or if the pin is at fault. I did post pictures of what I thought it might be. Also, the top pin wiggles a tad bit. It is not enough to come undone, nowhere close! Just enough to make a sound if you shake it hard enough.
