The lens features an all-metal frame and a single ring push-pull zoom design. It has an additional ring for switching macro mode (macro scale - 1:4) Minimum focusing distance (macro) - 29.2 cm. Minimum aperture at short focal lengths - f/16, and f/22 at long focal lengths. Manufactured by Kino Precision Industries, Tokio, Japan.
