Exquisite Estate piece entitled "Sea Angel"
Angel Wings are a very substantial 5 Carat total weight, rarely seen in this size and unique color of Green Tourmaline.
I would describe as Seafoam green.
I initially assumed it was Praisiolite, and was very intrigued when the gemstones tested as Tourmaline
This handmade vintage ring is quite probably one of a kind
Tourmaline 'Angel Wings' cradle a single Diamond and 6mm Japanese Akoya pearl.
The still pictures were taken in a light box. The ones on my hand were taken in the evening with a standard 60 watt light source without filters.
The Tourmaline gemstones display brilliant fluorescence under jeweler's short wave UV light
